The Log Cabin, its owners Greg or Julie Wright, are not responsible for accident, injury, or death of tenant, their family, or guests, due to any use of the Log Cabin house, pool, yard, or property. Again, don’t worry – this will only happen if you forget to turn the spa off and it runs for an EXTENDED period of time. If there is an overage charge, it will be withheld from the security deposit. The overage charge on the propane is $25 per 5%. We will document the gas level upon check-in as well as upon check-out. In order to turn the hot tub off, press the circle-arrow MENU key and press SPA again. To turn the hot tub turn on the remote by pressing the circle-arrow MENU key. The pool remote is in the wall envelope by the back door of the living room. In order to make sure that doesn’t happen, our recommendation is to assign one person to be in charge of the pool remote, so that person can ensure that nothing unexpected happens with the propane. That can drain the tank quickly, and a tank is $500. DON’T WORRY! The only time you would EVER go beyond the allotted daily 5% is if the hot tub was left on, or someone gets into the controls and heats the pool.We allot approximately double that for your use, so there is no real need for you to worry about the usage. For reference, a 4-6 hour usage of the hot tub at 100* on a 75* day will use about 2-3% gas. Beyond the 5% usage, there is a surcharge as outlined on this form. We allow 5% per day on propane usage, which comes out to about 6 hours of constant hot tub usage on a cold day. This is a wonderful log cabin with an amazing host. The massage chair in the master suite is a vacation all by itself. It could easily accommodate a larger group. With 13 people everyone had a bed to sleep in.

There's also a full size ice machine located in the laundry room. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you need. Also there is a cabinet stocked with all sorts of board games and playing cards. There is also a basketball goal in the driveway as well. The grounds on the property is big enough to set up a volleyball net which we did and had a great time playing. The ping pong table provided great entertainment. The pool is a nice size and the hot tub was refreshing.

It's hard to please everyone in the family but this was the exception. We didn't venture off the property except to pickup a few things at a Wal-Mart located about 20 minutes away from the cabin. It's an amazing property with all the amenities required for a family to have a great time. Our family consisting of 13 members and a dog stayed at the Log Cabin for a couple of days. She handled last minute changes we had with utmost professionalism and care. First and foremost our host Julie was amazing.
